Why I love the Marketplace feature in rhapsody's veterinary PIMS

Rhapsody Practice Management Software’s NEW Marketplace!
What started out as a small, cloud based PIMS platform has transformed into an industry-commandeering SaaS organization servicing tens of thousands of veterinary practices worldwide. Well, not yet, but I’m making sure we are well on our way. It’s one of the many reasons we brought you rhapsody’s Marketplace.
Let’s face it, I am always looking for ways to help you streamline your day-to-day, optimize workflows, and grow your bottom line. And, while I like to think we have it all, we can’t do it all. We aren’t, for instance, going to build our own VOIP system or full-service suite of veterinary imaging products – there are already so many amazing veterinary companies that do it! That’s where rhapsody’s Marketplace comes in.
To you, it may seem very Amazon-esque. But to me, Marketplace’s solutions-within-a-solution structure allows you to focus on the clients and patients we all adore. Besides, sometimes you’re happy and familiar with a specific service and don’t want to sacrifice your relationship with them—I get it.
What I love most about our Marketplace is the seamless integration. Gone are the days of copying and pasting information and calling that “integrated”. Each partner uses our open API to build IFrames directly in the rhapsody PIMS. Let me break it down:
- Seamless, custom-built integrations
- Marketplace partners build your experience (using the read and write-back capabilities via our open API)
- No separate tabs! All Marketplace services open within rhapsody
- Marketplace services are easily accessible across critical workflows. They integrate where they’re needed whether that’s from the scheduler, client/patient record, or SOAP
- Browse, select, & initiate Marketplace integrations from the Admin menu
Marketplace has quickly become one of my favorite features to discuss. I love offering you the flexibility to decide what works best for your teams, clients, and patients.
